1. Unless otherwise stated, non-availability will involve
all SAP systems including ESS (includes SAP Core ECC, BW/BI, SRM, CRM, LSO, BPC, ESS and Vendor Portals).
2. Unless specifically noted, Kronos and PennWatch systems will be available during the non-availability windows.
3. Agencies sending inbound files using IBM MQ Series or FTP can place these files in their respective MQ or FTP folders at the usual times. However, inbound files will
NOT be processed in SAP during the maintenance windows. Additionally, no SAP outbound files, either MQ or FTP, will be processed during the outage.
4. REMINDER - Weekly Off-Line Back-ups - All SAP Systems, including ESS will be unavailable every Sunday from 6:00 am to 10:00 AM. These normal weekly back-ups
will not be announced by a separate email message.
